How can one learn the Transfromation Spell so I can use it on myself? I wish to be transformed into not only a younger woman but also an Elven Woman.

Technically that is viewed as impossible. Magic is considered a way to change ones state of mind and manipulate energy, however it's not like what you seem to think it is. The stuff you see in movies isn't real, its just a way Hollywood found to entertain people. If you really want to do this then I would consider meditation and visualization. As you see yourself this way you won't change physically, but mentally you will, and you will eventually take on the traits (emotions, etc.) of what you wish to become.

The first step is to suspend disbelief. Then, turn on your imagination. Close your eyes, and silently visualize yourself as you would be. While the transformation may not be physically noticable, you will experience the feelings and emotional responses of earlier days. It helps if you surround yourself in a quiet environment, and enjoy the transformation in total privacy

I'm sorry you are not happy with the person you are.
the ONLY transformation that can be done is "within" yourself.
You could go in and have plastic surgury done to lenghten your ears to "look" elvin but other than that, no such animal.
Please DO NOT believe anything you see in a movie or on TV.. IT IS NOT REAL!!!!!!!! and there is NO SPELL that will do that!!!

I only know that you can't learn it on line you have to study a lot practice and practice everyday of your life if someone tells you "I teach you" don't trust him/her.
