At my job, we have a sign that says, "Suppose we refund your money, send you another one without charge, close the store and have the manager shot....WOULD THAT BE SATISFACTORY? (customer service)"

I work for a company that prides itself on Customer Service. We strive to provide the best service possible (sometimes we fall short, but do our best to make it right). That's what I expect in return. If I don't get it, I'll say something or take my business elsewhere.
Having said that, if where you work is a bar or some other place that's laid back and fun...the sign's pretty funny!

I tend to get decent customer service, but I also work in customer service and know what to expect when I'm asking for something against policy. I find the worst customer service is when a customer is being unreasonable according to store standards.

That sign's on display to the public? Unless you work in a bar or something, that's pretty rough. Even by today's lousy customer service standards.

I get great service most times . If I don't I let them know it right then and there. The next time they'll remember me. Hey it's part of their job to be nice.

NO. I anticipate great shopper help no matter the place i pass. I anticipate them to handle me in simple terms comparable to every physique else - like I matter and making me a chuffed shopper is all they are centred on doing. Nordstroms DOES have the very maximum suitable there is.

Where do you work? Sounds rather sarcastic.

CS stinks esp when you wait on the phone, prompt this & that. And after you get a human if you're lucky they can't be understood.
