We been together for like 6 years already, been together since freshmen high school. We love each so much. My girlfriend and me, and my friend was attending speech class. My friend setup a hidden camera in my bedroom and recorded everything that I did personally. I didn't see the camera. Unfortunately, when my girlfriend came over and made love with me, the camera recorded that. and now, my friend cropped the part where my girlfriend and I was busy making love. It was recorded last sunday (2-18-07). When my "friend" did his presentation, he did it normally until the last 10 minutes. He showed the video at my speech class right in front of everybody. Thankfully, the teacher stopped it after getting into 5 sec of video. The video was even uploaded at some p0rn website. and now, my girlfriend broke up with me since she think I was the one that told my friend to do it but I didn't say anything to my friend. My friend did that behind my back. What should I do? I love my girlfriend so much.

I didn't told me friend to do that. My girlfriend doesn't believe me. How can I get revenge upon my friend and get back my girlfriend's heart? I love my girlfriend so much. I need to remove myself from the website also. What should I legally do?

Well as for your g/f just try to talk with her. If she won't speak with you try writing her a letter or write her an email. If that isn't enough why don't you try to get one of her friends to talk to her or find a trust worthy friend of yours to explain on your behalf? You might have to give her some time to cool off as well. Now as for your I am assuming ex friend I wouldn't take revenge cause that makes you as low as him but legally if you want to take things all the way then talk to a lawyer about the website thing. You also might be able to get harassment charges and possible other charges against your ex friend. I am not sure though for I am not a legal professional myself. The main thing with your g/f is to don't give up just yet. If you seriously had nothing to do with the situation then I am sure eventually you will be able to get her to come around and believe you. Keep the faith. Good luck!

Your friend needs to take responsibility for this and tell your girlfriend it was nothing to do with you. He also needs to get it removed from the website, if he's not willing to help maybe you could threaten to go to the Police (you don't need to intend to actually do this). This was an inappropriate and hideous betrayal of trust. I would definitely get a better friend.

So he "filmed you and your girlfriends skin while you had the expectation of privacy?"
and you had a Teacher as a witness?
Do you stilll have the recording?
Because you can press charges against him by going to the police.
By pressing charges your girlfriend will know that it wasn't you.

P.S. I hope you are using condoms, I'll be Pissed-off if you aren't

Have him arrested. Video taping someone without their knowledge is against the law. Since it was in YOUR room it's a wonder your girlfriend didn't have YOU arrested...so consider yourself very lucky. I doubt your girlfriend loves you now. You might want to be a little pickier in the people you have as friends in the future.

First you need to get rid of your friend. I would call an attorney and see what legal action you can take. You are going to have to prove to your girlfriend that you had nothing to do with it or she's not going to believe you. Telling her is not good enough.

Uh Uh Uh. You should know what to do about the person you're calling your friend. As far as the the legal stuff I would contact the site. Your girlfriend might be gone. That is so sad:(

wow, this is a tough one but dont worrie you can get out of it. Just tell your girlfriend that you love her so much. tell her this with your whole heart and tell her that you didnt want that to happen nor that you planned it. try not to get revenge for it will also lead to other problems but try to heal your relationship with your girlfriend. good luck!

well first i would give her time to come to grips with what happened. I guess the next step would be to write her a email or send her a letter and explain to her what happened. I would think that she would eventually come around and want to talk about it.
