Thats a tough one I would say underwear. no shoes, no underwear.
Its too tough to decide.

Shoes. Underwear I can live with but I hate wearing shoes. I'd much rather be barefoot.

Wearing underwear is worse. It is much better to "breathe" the undercarriage than to restrict it. Shoes are made for protecting your feet whereas underwear does not protect as much as it does hinder easy access.

I would hope I could have both, but given a choice I would hope to always have shoes. If your feet become cold and you have nothing to protect them, you're in a mess. As far as underwear, there is always makeshift material that can be used for that.

I dislike wearing both. I never wear panties, and only wear shoes when I go out. So, oooooooo I don't know. I think I'd rather be barefoot. ~~~~
