im not so great at makeup, need simple easy to follow directions?

i have blonde hair blue eyes. i cant see very well in my left eye so when i close my right eye to do makeup, its hard. right now im just a foundation, mascara, lip gloss person but i want to learn how to do simple but noticable eyes that pop

Makeup looks best if it's done accurately. Here's how to do simple but great-looking eyes:

1) Get a shimmery gold or silver liner pencil. (I'd reccommend gold, because of your complexion). You can get one for four dollars at Sephora. Pull gently on the outer corner of your eye with one hand to make the skin taut, while applying the liner gently to the bottom edge of your eye with your other hand. Start from the inside corner, and fade the liner outwards to the edge.
2) Use a darker liner of your choice THINLY around the rest of your eye - but not where you put the shiny liner. Above your top lashes, put a little bit of colored eyeshadow, and blend it.
3) Lastly, apply your mascara. If black is too dark, use brown. Start at the base of your top lashes and wiggle the brush to the ends. The wiggling helps get avoid of clumps. Blink a few times to let the mascara go onto your bottom lashes. If you want to make your eyes look even bigger, you can put a bit of extra mascara on the bottom lashes.

P.S. You may want to buy a magnification mirror to help you see what you're doing. Make sure it can stand on its own and has at least 10x magnification. Most department stores sell them.

Hmmm.
To make your eyes pop, never put mascara on your bottom lashes. Only line to the middle of your bottom lash line. Always put a dot of shimmery eye shadow on the inside and outside corners of your eyes. Don't wear dark eye shadow. Don't use black mascara. Opt for a maroon of brown. Same with eyeliner. White eyeliner also works, but line your whole lid when using.

well first of all get contacts or somehitng so u can see
if you dont feel like doing that skip it and follow these instructins
in adition to the foundaation and mascara, dab a little concealer on the inner corner of your eye and blend well this should make your eyes instantly pop, next for the eye shadow experment and pick one u like, use a little charcole color on the outside corner of your eyeand smudge slightly
