Wow. Ladies, what's in your purse?

Question

I just spent about 10 minutes (on the clock) sitting at my desk clearing out my purse. It was... ridiculous. I purposely tried to downsize to a smaller bag so I would carry LESS stuff. Listen to this:

Loose, balled up cash & change
Cigarettes
2 lighters
A necklace
My wallet
6 Receipts
Gum
Keys
Mirror
Mascara
And about 5 little sheets of paper with addresses, notes, appointments.

What's happening to me? Am I alone with my ratpacky purse?

Wow. Ladies, what's in your purse?

Nothing I don't carry a purse, I carry a "bifold" wallet with my driver's license and debit card, I keep a tube of my favorite lip balm in my car. If I wear make up I put it on BEFORE I leave the house and also keep a blusher in my car for "evenings" if I stop after work. I wear "Bear Minerals" foundation and it doesn't fade out during the day and it stays fresh as opposed to oil/water based foundations that clog pours and look flat after so many hours.

Normally I use my medium size, hobo bag everyday but I use a clutch for the evening so this list is downsized .

Make-up in a little compartment that my purse has (lipstick, compact, and maybe a carefree pad), wallet, cell phone, nail cream, and my keys. That's it, and yes I have two kids but I have never put their stuff in with mine, that's what baby totes are for.

I have been told that I don't qualify for the majority of the females

lol, I'm the same way. I have three different purses I alternate and I never know what's in any of them at any given time.

Right now, gum, pens, a comb, a trial size of hairspray, make up, my wallet, keys, a mirror, my phone, and a granola bar.

haha, I'm strange and don't carry a purse or wallet =D
but I'm don't find that I need one because I rarely go out. My pockets carry all the stuff I need, which is not much. Otherwise, I put all the stuff in my backpack when I go to school.

Wait till you have kids!! In addition to all that fun stuff... you can add snacks (in the wrapper and out), wet wipes and kleenex and hand sanitizer, toys and stuffed animals and video games...

I have dogs too... so I usually carry poopy bags and treats.
