I'm 5 months pregnant (20 weeks) and I am EXTREMELY dizzy today. No nausea or anything, just really dizzy and only today...is this normal?

Maybe your blood pressure is a little bit low...it is normal during pregnancy. Just relax and eat something sweet...it will help to raise your blood pressure to normal levels. I hope this helps!

If you can, get your blood pressure checked.
Boost your iron intake incase it is due to anaemia.

Other than that, all you can do is rest, stay hydrated and eat healthily.

I went through this EVERY DAY of my pregnancy, and had to quit working when I was 10 weeks pregnant because my dizziness made me pass out whenever I tried to work!

I would call the doctor and drink lots of fluids untill he calls you back. It may be b/c you are dehydrated, but just relax, elevate your feet and just breathe normally. the doctor will call back and either say come in or rest so resting now would help =)

Dehydration. It's a pain. drink A LOT of fluids and call your doctor. If it doesn't get better go to the ER and get fluids intraveiniously.

It's not normal. Give your doctor a call - just to be on the safe side.

Good luck!
