The natural course for human evolution has been altered. When we started saving life's with medicines and surgeries we took the future of human evolution out of the hands of nature. Now we know the human genome. We now have the ability to manufacture humans. The first to benefit from this will be the wealthy. Their children will be born without many of the genetic problems passed on from their heritage. They will have things like perfect skin and proper posture.

However, the great masses of people will not benefit from genetic engineering. Therefore setting the stage for a new class order or cache system. Much the way India was, is. It will not be a time in humanity of great peace.
