Contact The Naturist Society in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. They're very helpful if you call and ask them for the information about places to get naked in your area.

My place (back yard pool in Florida), but I'm afraid that it's a long cold swim from there to here :( Wife and I never wear anything in the pool unless we have guests over. I just got out from doing laps. Once you get used to being able to swim that way whenever you want, you hate swimming any other way.

honestly there are probably lots of nudist clubs around chicago
but landed clubs (clubs that own land) are more likely to have swimming pools.
