this is my first month of using birth control, im on my 2nd week of the blue pill and i have 1 more week till the green pills (thats when ill be on my period). well i started my period already and its not time. what could be wrong?

When first starting the pill it can make us irregular, but I would call the doctors and speak with the nurse she will let you know if you should come in to see the doctor.

Your body is adjusting to the pill. Just keep taking it. You will probably lightly bleed until the green pill week and then have a quick period. You may get some spotting during your second month on the pill also. If you still have that problem on your third month, then you need to talk to your doctor.

I'm on birth control pills too and the same thing happened to me. I don't really know why it occurs but now mine lasts for a longer time in addition to coming early. I reccomend seeing your doctor and getting a different type of birth control.

your body just regualting. You should have started taking the pills after your period, thats what the health professionals say. dont worry, your body will regulate itself.
