I can usually keep my composure under any circumstance but this ones hard,i don't want to stop talking to her because she's a nice girl. Any suggestions?

It doesn't really affect you if she looks like she is trying to take a dump, does it? Maybe she is trying to take a dump. Constipation is a very serious issue!
