I'd go with intelligence being better, since great strength is more likely to fade over time. Hopefully, not only will your intelligence stay the same or grow over time, but you'll also increase in wisdom so you'll make better use of your intelligence.

There are alot of intelligent people in this world who can't survive because they are too weak. When I think of strength, I don't think of physical strength, but mental strength. Intelligence is very important to have, but if you don't have the strength to handle yourself in this crazy world, you can go off the deep end. If that happens, it does not matter how intelligent you are, because people will perceive you as crazy and if they think you are crazy, then more than likely, they will think you are stupid.

Intelligence.

A little physics and the ability to set things up so they work for you is better than trying to outmuscle a job anytime.

At one time, I worked as a mason's assistant. At 135 pounds, I was the lightest laborer they ever had .... by about 30 pounds. I used to build banked tracks to wheel the wheelbarrow on (it weighed at least 300 pounds when filled with mortar). I could bounce the wheel barrow 3 feet to the side at the bottom of a ramp in a pinch (comes in handy when absented minded bricklayers toss cinder blocks in front of the bottom of the ramp). I used bring the wheelbarrow screaming in on scaffolds above the bricklayers which was either entertaining or terrifying to them depending on how long they'd worked around me.

They also used to practically demand that I be the one to build their scaffolds, leading me to believe they weren't quite as unafraid of heights as they let on by making fun of my fear of heights when I was new.

I like to think that I have a fair share of both. But hands down, there is no substitute for wisdom. I'm very thankful for what my body is and how resilient and able it is but that's nothing compared to how thankful I am for having an enthusiasm to learn and understand. A courageous love and compassion is far stronger than any brawn.

Depends on the situation - a genius under a car doesn't do much good, and a musclebound behemoth doesn't do a lot of good on the SAT tests. A nice blend is okay, though :)
