Sometimes his mannerism and the way he talked reminded me of the "Fonz".

What did you think of his final decision?
Do you have any comments on his emotional state?

I think his decision was the right one.
Anna Nicole needs to be buried next to her son.

wilraft1 - I absolutely agree that most of media are too focused on the Anna Nicole or Britany drama.

That's why I watch Fox.... a few segments on such topics, but then back to balanced views on real issues.

I think it would be amazing if we Americans were as concerned and informed about our own government as we are about Anna and Brittney!!!!

That's an eastern or deep-city accent and mannerism he has, that's okay. But We are going to see a FL., CA. and a Bahama Judge before all this is over.

This must be a "chick" subject. Some guys are sensitive to all the Paternity DNA testing, but most have it right on in recognizing that Stern is acting suspicious. Guess he wants his 15 min. of fame too. I think they all do, except of coarse the baby. I sure hope they all get their act together before the baby turns 2 yrs. old, if you know what I mean.

Don't be intimidated by balancing out the News, cause if you noticed, they answer your Q,'s too. I love Politics also, along with Art, Science, and many other subjects. Meanies!

From another Fox News fan. I have never seen a judge that apparently had a few to many. It was disgusting! Or he missed his daily dose of his medication.

The Judges final decision was dumped into this child attorney and have him to make the decision, although the judge spoke up after he were hire to judicature this child's welfare, the the Judge said, I do believe Anna Nichol should be buried in the Bahamas with her son.

I just hope I'm not never find myself in front of this Judge.

I would have been happier with him if he actually made the decision not passing on to another judge which took up more time, I only hope that somehow someway things won't be as crazy as they have been for the last 3 wks, i have been following this story because i adored Anna and felt that people were unfair to her these last 3 wks. As well as my heart goes out to Howard K. Stern, I pray that all will work out for him and Dannylynn. God Bless them both and May Anna and Daniel RIP.

Judge Seidlin was originally from N.Y.
I thought it was a sudden decision to turn it over to the Guardian ad litem , because he failed to listen to one of his prior decisions - when he asked the judge not to allow any drug speculation about Anna Nicole because someday her daughter could be traumatized to see it . Seidlin ignored him completely ; and let the gossip roll . Then , he seemed to get agitated with a police officer / body guard for saying he never saw Anna on drugs ..practically calling him a liar - but he never noticed how Virgie Arthur laughed when questioned on her topic of conversation on the way to the morgue with a Slash reporter...SAYING "HONEST , ALL WE TALKED ABOUT WAS FOOD ". If I had not seen my daughter foor 12 years - the last thing I'd be talking about on the way to view her body..would be food-all the way there . Seidlin was evidently more interested in gossip than fact . Thank God he at least recommend that Anna's wishes be carried out , when he turned it over to the Guardian. It was the only thing to do - but Howard should have been named in charge

Lets just hope her mother does't try to appeal the decision.

She needs to be buried by her son.
But they need to get this DNA test and the money should be put in a trust for the baby.....maybe a certain age should be added. Allow her enough to be raised on, but the big bulk on an age facter....like 21.

I THINK HE DID THE RIGHT THING BY GRANTING THE DECISION. SHE NEEDS TO BE BURIED NO MATTER WHO BURIES HER.
