i put them in the wall but i cant get them to stay tight .
their is no studs in the wall

Before installing, make sure that the screw is all the way in. They are meant to be hammered in, but that can make quite a mess of the wall, both inside and outside the wall which is probably the reason you are not having good luck tightening them. I have found that by drilling a hole one drill size smaller than the diameter of the screw and then banging in until the teeth are in the wall is a better method.

Get some plastic inserts that go into wall first. when you put in screws, they flare out and hold tight, or use molly bolts
