acetone peroxide - used by the London underground bombers.

very very powerful, and the ingredients can be purchased without any questions being asked.

ingredients are:

hydrogen peroxide - used for oral hygiene rinsing
sulfuric acid - aka drain cleaner (check label for sulfuric acid)
acetone - aka nail polish remover

however, peroxides are EXTREMELY delicate to work with ... so don't try this synthesis at home.
