My body's shaped like an apple, which means I tend to store all body fat in my upper body, right around my stomach. I really don't like how I look. I need someone to help me. Does any one know what I can do to reshape my body. Please help I need answers that would help me!!! I don't want to look like an apple anymore, I want to wear tight clothes and be confident of how my body looks. I cannot affort a gym or surgery, so try to help me with things I can do in my own hose PLEASEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

drink this twice a day..early morning and at bedtime.......plain water,two spoonfuls of pure honey and a squeeze of half fresh lemon..for four months ..and you would loose it all

There are a bunch of ways one can workout without the gym. Go for walks, runs, play a sport, situps and pushups are just a few suggestions. I have found pilates or yoga dvds are a great way to get results at a reasonable price. Also start watching what you eat. That doesn't mean count calories or anything, but just being aware of what you are putting in your body can be a great start. With the shape of your body, that is genetic. I don't believe there is anyway to go from an apple to a pear or to a celery stick. Believe me I've tried, you just need to accept your beautiful body and be healthy. Simply being more active and eating right can sky rocket your self esteem and you will see that you are beautiful how you are.

low cal food and jogging.

Go see a dietitian, ask him/her to prescribe low cal high nutritious diet. Go for jogging. The idea is to put less calories inside your body than what you are going to burn up. You will feel like dog on the first day you go for it. You will feel this is not for me. Same is the case with all beginners. But never give up. Jog for a while...when you cant run anymore, walk....then when you are able to catch your breath again, jog again. whatever, do it for a specific time everyday like 30 mins. Eventually you will be able to run like continuously for 30 minutes....good luck on your weight reduction. Dieting and staying hungry is not a good solution...it will only ruin your appetite and health. once you are slim enough, there are a lots of ground exercise that you can do without goin to a gym. Those are more than enough to keep yourself healthy and confident. But one thing...PERSEVERANCE IS THEY KEY TO SUCCESS when it comes being slim and confident. Two days you go for jogging and on the third day morning you think...aaah its too cold today to go for a jogging...then you will stay like an apple...so the choice is yours.

Nothing beats jogging when it comes to burning up calories....good luck.

do some cardiovascular
dancing is the best excerise, im so serious
ive been on drill team for 2 years and ive lost like 25 pounds
you wont lose it all at once, but try it
also doing simple streachs or running around the block
maybe even changing your diet will help

Fun, non-exercise exercise. Yawn and stretch in the morning, lots of stretches, then do the "bicycle" and "penguin" exercise.

Knees bent, similar to doing a crunch, shoulders off bed, touch your left, then right knee, with opposite elbows. 10 to start.

Same position, try to reach your left then right ankle. 10 to start.

Careful, really targets the area you are talking about. good luck. Oh, and tell yourself daily how beautiful you are.
