I have been Called Blanque, and not in a nice way, and I was just waiting at a Tram stop.
If by attitude you mean a nasty one, then I don't think thats just Whites. Could be anyone. Nasty attitude is not skin specific, its person specific, and not just people raised a certain way

and black people don't? asian people don't? russian people, australian people, spanish people, hell even british people don't? please, that is the way of human nature, people have attitudes. whither it be over an over cooked meal or a long lines at the bank, people freak out, no matter what race, color, or nationality. it's been this way for centuries. im sorry, with an exception of the canadians, people have irritants. live with it...

If you mean the snobby blond es, its because they are stuck on themselves and think they are to good.
Okay people its not like they are saying all white people have attitudes or that we are the only ones. I think its funny because I am blonde and white because I find it funny that she asks this question obviously means that I am not part of this stereotype. Just laugh and enjoy life.
