.......i have always had this kind of re-occuring dream where, someone is chasing me and i start to run but i cant run fast i am always going in slow motion, me feet feel heavy and i feel like i am trying so hard to get away but cant ever go fast enough. then when i try to cry out for help i can try to scream as loud as i can but nothing ever comes out. i feel so frustrated as somone is just chasing me. i know i am scared and cant cry out or run fast enough.
what does this all mean?

Folklore interpretations say that if you are looking at a chase or participating in it, you will have a comfortable old age. Although this may be comforting, there is a more realistic understanding of this activity in a dream. If you are being chased, maybe you are running away from or trying to escape those things that are frightening and unpleasant (possibly your own habits and negative behaviors). If you are doing the chasing, it may be that you are expressing some aggressive feelings toward others or are pursuing a very difficult goal. On the deepest level, if a stranger is chasing you it may represent your chasing a part of yourself, the unconscious attempts to catch up with the conscious in order for you to become more aware of yourself and your own multidimensional nature.

Its also possible, that you are reading way to much into it. Does a dream have to mean something? I had a dream last night that i was Al capone but i dont go around shooting people in real life.

Some people believe that your dreams/nightmares have been carried over from a previous life. Just ask God at night before you go to sleep to allow you to let all negative thoughts leave your body and surround yourself and your heart with the white light of the holy spirit. Just pray on it and it will stop.

Usually a dream that involves some sort of "helpless" state is signifying that you feel out of control over your life (or one facet of it).
The part about being chased, represents whatever the "problem" is in your life over which you feel you have no control.
What you have to do is think about the major issues in your life that you worry about and then see which of them you feel helpless to fix.
Once that "problem" is put to rest, in other words, the urgency is resolved, then the dream should stop.

it means there is something important in you life that you KNOW is going to happen but you can't stop it, however, you're not interested at ALL. Maybe you have a big event coming up that you're not excited about, or a test or something. What are you trying to avoid? You know you can't stop it.

Maybe you have latent anxiety about something that you think will happen in the future. Or you're afraid of something that you are sure is going to happen in the future, but it hasn't happened yet. Or maybe you're just afraid of commitment in a relationship.

Everything in the spiritual realm is magnified 1,000 times greater, including the "spirit" of fear. A paralizing fear that grips you making you speechless. Get rid of the FEAR ....
