Depends on how far back you want. Taylor picked Ryan over her French ex-husband. After the earthquake, the two of them apparently broke up (as revealed in the first few minutes of the series finale). The end up back together in the end.
Julie gets with Bullit because that's what Kaitlyn wants, but then Kaitlyn realizes that Julie is happier with Frank (Ryan's dad). She convinces Julie that she wants her to be happy so Julie ends up with Frank...until the series finale.
After the earthquake, Kirsten and Sandy find out that they are going to have a girl.
Summer and Seth talked to a psychic who said something about Summer's true love, George. We later learned that George was an acronym for some political activist group. I forget what it stood for. Summer decides not to go with G.E.O.R.G.E. and stays with Seth...until the series finale.
After the earthquake, the Cohens discover their house is destroyed...fast forward six months to the series finale.
The Cohens have been living with the Coopers. Seth and Summer have become like an old married couple sitting in recliners and watching TV all day long. Ryan and Taylor broke up and Taylor went to Paris. Sandy and Kirsten find out that the cost to fix their home is more than what the house was worth so start looking for a new home. Julie is preparing for her wedding...to Bullit!
Turns out, Julie and Frank were together and she got pregnant (it's a boy). Frank freaked so she went back to Bullit, told him everything, and he still wanted to marry her. Taylor comes back to town for the wedding and runs into Ryan and Seth at the airport...prior to this, Taylor goes blabbing to the guy at the airport about why she's in town and, Taylor being crazy as she is, the guy puts her on the terrorist watch list! Anyway, Ryan and Taylor both realize they're still in love with the other.
Ryan and Seth were at the airport because they went to Berkley to try to buy back the Cohen's old house where they lived when they had Seth. They get there and there's a gay male couple living there who refuse to sell. They decide to get their parents down there to try and convince the couple to sell. While there, Kirsten goes into labor...one of the guys happens to be a midwife and they deliver baby Sophie Rose Cohen there at the Berkley house.
Frank runs into Kaitlyn and tells her that he's decided he wants to be with Julie and wants to be a father to his child...
Julie and Bullit are about to get married, but Julie can't do it without Kirsten there. So, they move the ENTIRE wedding to the house in Berkley! When they get there, turns out that the other gay guy just happens to be a wedding planner and he sets it all up for them.
Just as Julie and Bullit are about to say their "I do's", Kaitlyn's cell phone rings. It's Frank wanting to talk to Julie to stop the wedding (he showed up at the church to do it and they obviously weren't there). She puts him on speaker, he tells Julie he loves her. The wedding doesn't happen.
The gay couple decides to sell the house. Julie decides to stay single and goes to college. Taylor and Ryan end up back together. Seth convinces Summer to join G.E.O.R.G.E.
Fast forward about five years...Julie graduates from college with Kaitlyn, Bullit, Frank, and their son in attendance. Seth and Summer get married and we get to see a grown up Sophie Cohen. Sandy Cohen is a professor...I'm guessing at Berkley. Ryan and Taylor are still together (married or not, I don't know) and Ryan seems to be an important person at a construction company. When leaving work he sees a kid that reminds him of himself as a young kid and asks the kid if he's ok. That's how it ends.
There were also some flash backs to season one and Marissa standing at the bottom of the driveway, too. I think that pretty much covers it though.

Ryan died.
Just kidding. Kirsten had the baby, Julie went to college and got a degree, Sandy became a college professor, Ryan became an architect, Seth and Summer got married (all of this in flash-forwards at the end of the episode, of course). It was good, and satisfying for those of us who watched it from the very start. Instead of skipping through the opening credits, I sat and listened to the theme song, just because it was the last time. It was a nice close.
Mischa Barton was NOT in it, but towards the end, Ryan had a few small flashbacks, and he flashed back to the very first time he saw Marissa as he and Sandy drove by. I got a little misty, and I didn't even LIKE Marissa. lol

that series finale is this thursday... but last week was the aftermath of the earthquake... kaitan and julie were together in an ice cream store with some clerk that like kaitlin... julie and kaitlin bonded and frank came looking for them and we see kaitlin and frank have a nice moment finally and we all realize that he loves julie... sandy galvanized the oc residents that were stuck in the mall together to take care of each other... seth and summer went to summer's house per ryans request... summer and taylor looked for pancakes... seth and ryan tried to get ryan to a hospital because he had a glass shard in his side and didnt want the girls to know... they barely made it... seth ended up giving blood so ryan lived... taylors mom came looking for her and finally had a human moment and said i love you to taylor for the first time ever... kirstin had a scare with the baby... but the baby was fine and we found out it was girl... and everyone left together.. the cohen and ryan went home.. the house looked fine... they walked in and the walls had crumbled and realized they cant live there...

um she dumped her man and didn't move to Paris too take the magazine job.
