I am 13 myself. If you are going to buy her a new spring wardrobe, get her clothes from Hollister and Abercrombie. They are the stores that are very "in" in my school and I am sure your daughter would love their clothes. If you are going to get her other things.....you can never go wrong with a designer purse...I like coach or Kate Spade the best. Money is also good. I think your idea for a spring wardrobe is great. Hollister has a new "Spring Break" collection out right now and I own most of it already.
Anyways, hope this helps and I hope your daughter gets what she is hoping for!

This advice is coming from a girl about to turn 13 soon (ME):

- a gift card to her favorite store or to the mall
- At Suntrust bank they can give you a debit card for any amount to spend anywhere. No ID required when using this card. I felt like the queen when I had this card because I went EVERYWHERE!
- Treat her to a shopping spree
- A designer bag w/ stuff inside of it
- I would suggest new clothes, but you may want to know exactly what she wants.
- A NEW cell phone

Those are all the major things. I hope my list helps you.

Start teaching her the value of money by buying her a visa gift card.
She will always enjoy the freedom of choice with a Visa Gift Card from http://apparel.GiftCards.com It's the perfect gift for everyone and much more personable than check or cash. Whether they want movie tickets, that shirt they've had their eye on, or even a night out with her girlfriends, gift cards from http://apparel.GiftCards.com are accepted anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.
You can also have her name printed on it to make her feel all grown up.

Spend a day at the mall with her, go shopping, get your toes done, and eat lunch there. I did not have my mom with me at that age and I would have loved to do that with her. There is no price on quality time and a girl only turns 13 once!!! Good luck and have fun.
