Is it your deodorant? The soap you are using? Or hair? You could have them waxed (do it yourself.)

If you use deodorant, it could be that your skin is super sensitive to one or more of the ingredients in it. Check to see if it has ethylene glycol or propylene glycol. Alcohol is usually in deodorant and that can cause irritation.

Try a brand like Almay or Tom's that has less of those kinds of things in them. Stay away from Old Spice and the "sport" or "maximum" type deodorants. You may have to try several over a period of time to find one that's right for you.

If you have skin irritation or a cut or a rash, don't use any deodorant because it can make it worse. Just wash often and gently until it goes away.

You may also be allergic in addition to or instead of being skin sensitive. A dermatologist may be able to help figure that out.

Vitamin E oil can be applied to the affected skin or a Vitamin E capsule can be broken and directly applied on the affected area.More cheap and natural remedies for itching at the link below.

It might be your deodorant. I found out that's what was making this same thing happen to me. I changed deodorants and I don't have the problem anymore.
