The mother has not gotten custody of the body. What happened was her lawyers filed for an immediate stay to stop the body from being shipped to the Bahamas. The thing is with the stay, they will have to prove that the wrong decision, law or case law was applied.
FL law states that if there is no spouse, then a body would go to the next to kin. Technically, the next of kin is the baby. If the baby did not exist, then the next of kin would have been Virgie
Virgie is too hung up on her hatred of Howard K Stern, that she is blinding herself to the facts brought out in court.
The proceedings brought out enough facts that showed Anna Nicole had the intention of being buried next to Daniel, I seriously doubt that Judge Seidlin's decision will be overturned.

Where did you get this information? The judge decided that the baby's court appointed guardian would make the decision - he recommended she be buried in the B ahamas...the court appointed guardian ad litem said she would be buried in the Bahamas next to her son.
Although the mother of Anna is planning to appeal, that means nothing....

As I understand the criminal records left via Anna Nicole the little you would be below the custody of Howard ok. Stern. i think of this is the place she would be no count who's set to be the father.

whered you hear that? i thought that the guardian of anna's daughter was getting custody of the body? i agree she should be with daniel. i think that her mom should be the guardian of the baby though, she would be a better parent those those other guys. i dont trust them lol.

i believe she should but i also beleive that son DANIEL needs to be brought back to TEXAS and buried beside his mom,and where their family can pay their respects and remember them.its only right .hopefully a judge somewhere soon will order dna test on the baby and she will be given to her father LARRY BIRKHEAD.HOWARD K. STERN i believe will be found responsible for DANIELS and ANNAS deaths.he should pay he used her and took advantage of her weakness and addictions and the trust she placed in him.he is a very cunning evil selfserving man.GOD WILL JUDGE.

its all a big publicity. everyone's lost sight of what's really the issue and they're all just bickering with each other. pride gets in the way of EVERYTHING.
