Hello everyone I am having a problem with my car. Before winter my car would run decent. When it started getting colder the car quit one day and it hasn't been driven since. It use to start up in my drive way and shake really bad. Now it will not start at all. I've tried fuel injector cleaner, new spark plugs and wires, air filter, fuel filter. It does turnover but will not start. The battery and starter are obviously fine, but it just won't start. I did notice that gas will fill up one of the cylinders when I start it up. My one friend said I may need a new ECU. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

i would put a couple of containers of methyl hydrate in it ( 2 or 3 oz of rubbing alcohol ) i hardly ever suggest starter fluid but since you have a wet plug , squirt a bit into the intake , air cleaner off , blanket at the ready in case it backfires and catches fire , well actually before the either check for spark , but if you get spark it should start . good luck , be safe

See if you have ignition spark using the tester below. Clip it to a ground on the top of your engine and hook any cylinder plug wire to it. Then crank the engine and see if you get a nice blue spark across the tester electrodes.

Maybe the engine coolant temperature sensor, the ECM can't tell if it is bad. They are cheap, about $20.00
