You have taken the 1st step admitting to yourself that you need to change, but you are finding out that its harder putting this into action. It makes it more difficult as this is the only thing you have known at least since you were 18.
Getting support from close family would be a start, and close friends if it is possible. It maybe easier for you to get support on a one and one basis and not from rehabilitaion groups as well. Whatever happens you have a long path ahead of you, but once you are on that path you should start having more confidence in yourself. Try and stay positive.

I went to Mission Teens instead of going to jail. Mission Teens is a Christian alternative to rehabilitation. There are currently 13 centers across the United States. Their purpose is to provide hope to the hopeless through Jesus Christ. The program is absolutely FREE. If you are desperate it is the place to go. I went to try to avoid being sentenced to prison. What I found was a new way to live. Jesus gave me another chance at life. I am still drug free after completing the program in July of 2004. I am not perfect and I still have my struggles but God has made an awesome, dramatic change in my life. Thanks to his grace, I was sentenced to probation and I will be graduating college in May 2007!!
The program is entirely run by graduates of the program. Everyone there was once where you are now. You will be among people who understand exactly what you are going through.
You can find information on this program at

http://missionteens.com/

Here are a few of the numbers for three of the centers: 870-573-6414 , 563-547-3286, 931-484-9935.

I know that I cannot do it alone. I need God's help.

First, are you ready to take the step and become a better person.
From what it sounds like, maybe, but what really is eating me up inside is WHY all those help programs did not help you. Were you truly dedicated to it, or was it whimsical?
What it seems like is you need a crash, heavy duty, in depth, get real facility to get you on the right track again. The only way to get the help you need is do alot of researching so you don't waste your time being there, also by getting away from your current environment/ community/ influences and starting out completely fresh you may be better off. Because the status your in right now is not only harmful to yourself but also your children. You know that your better than what you became, so just be dedicated to finding something to help try specialists rather than large groups- it helps for others to be in a large setting but not everyone.
This suddenly popped in my head, have you though of joining a boot camp, or the army? That may help you get back on the straight and narrow.
I really hope this helped somewhat......
(Just don't look for people that will sugarcoat your situation, that will only make it easier to relapse. Look the bull straight in the eyes and go for it- so to speak.)
Best of wishes in your journey!

Where do you live? Is it possible you could get away for a week (or maybe more, depending on how much you use?) to Miami, Florida? There's a place my sister went called Summer House that did her a world of good. It's an inpatient facility and they wean you off your drugs gradually (as opposed to going cold turkey and being dopesick). She loved the place so much she didn't want to leave, lol. :) If you have insurance, most insurances will pay for it. You really should go to the website and check it out. If this isn't an option for you, then I don't know what to tell you. You have to really TRULY want to do this. I would think your children would be incentive enough for you to want to quit. :( What kind of dad can you be when you're raising them over the phone from prison, you know? Sorry--not trying to be mean--just honest.

Regardless of what you decide, good luck to you and your family. Remember--they're only little once.

Go to meetings, shut your mouth and open your ears.
