Piglet is a boy, he's pink because he a pig, he doesn't have a girlfriend because he's a young pig (a piglet) and because nobody in Winnie the Pooh (the book) has any girlfriends or boyfriends.

I know this sounds crazy, but Piglet is a girl. I forget what episode it is (I have a two year old, so I see a lot), but Pooh is introducing a baby animal to everyone and he says Uncle Pooh, Uncle Tigger, AUNT Piglet, etc. I really thought she was a boy and it really threw me off.
Wait a minute... I did some research. I KNOW Pooh said Aunt Piglet, but I found some qoutes from Winnie the Pooh books that refer to Piglet as "he". So I'm guessing either Disney decided that Piglet should be changed to a girl or it was a mistake in the episode, or it was just a confirmation that Pooh and Piglet really are life-partners. Girl or boy, the reason he/she is pink is cuz it's a pig.

his a boy, his pink cause his a pig and he does not have a gf cause he is still a piglet and there is no girl piglet in the show
