Well, I think the question is, what would Anna Nicole want? She wanted to be buried next to her son. And everything I have read and seen over the years suggests that her mother had nothing to do with her and they weren't close. They were estranged. There is usually a reason for this and her mother should respect Anna's wishes and let her be buried next to her son. As far as the baby goes, there should be a paternity test and then home evaluations done on all interested parties. And the baby should go to whomever is qualified and proven to be most fit to raise her. That, of course is just my opinion. But, you have to look at it as if it's any other case. If it was my daughter and granddaughter. I think that you would want to do whatever they wanted. Of course, I don't have $400 million to contend with either. But, I guess it will all be worked out. Because even if and I say, IF, none of the involved parties are able to cope with this reasonably, the judges in this case aren't stupid, nor do they have anything to gain either way. So they will make the most logical and right decisions. That's pretty much it.

She can't visit a grave on an Island in the Atlantic. Wouldn't you like your child buried near the rest of the family? I still have a problem with cremation seeing how 12 million (only 6mil were Jew) souls were cremated by the Nazis. It just seems like an efficient way of disposing of a body now. So, being buried in a family plot would be the best case senario. Otherwise being buried close to home would seem the logical choice for any funeral. Maybe Anna and James Brown can be laid to rest the same day. The baby already said she wants her mother buried in the Bahamas. At least that's what Danielle Lynn's Attorney said she told him!!!

Mom is stuck on stupid, Anna had Daniel buried and purchased 3
more plots in the Bahamas. Her wish to be buried next to her son should be honored. My question who is paying the mother's expenses she has some kind of deal in the works. And no stay has been issued she did file the appeal this morning. This did stop the release of the body temporally.

This is only a guess, really. I haven't heard her speak enough and seen into her mind enough to know for sure.

But my guess would be that it has nothing to do with not allowing Anna Nicole to be near her son. This has more to do it seems with the fact that the two did not get along when Anna Nicole was alive. This seems more like a last-ditch effort to be close to her daughter one more time. To believe that she was a good mother who just wanted to care for her child; and she believes she can feel more like a good mother if she were successful in keeping her child near her, even in death.

Imagine having the relationship those two had with one of your own kids. Anna Nicole said some things that suggested she might have even hated her mother, and she was on drugs and hanging out with some of the worst this world can offer. Regardless if he is the father or if Anna Nicole was in love with him or whatever else; Howard K. Stern is definitely not the kind of guy one brings home to a mother one cares about. The mother may have felt personally responsible for all this; she may believe it is a direct result of her raising of Anna Nicole.

Now she is trying to make up for it by keeping her near. It isn't for our benefit or for anyone else's; its for keeping up appearances to herself. Her mind is attempting to decieve itself into believing this is showing care for her daughter; it is an attempt to alleviate guilt over what the mother believes is her fault (her daughter's life and subsequent death).

Anna Nicole's mom, hated her. And she hated her mom right back. If you saw the way her mom talked of her....anyway, this doesn't really answer the question...but. yeah.
And as for not being with her son, Anna's mom has suggested that she suspects Anna murdered her son.
She's a sick mean freak.
