ok, so i just moved to a new studenthouse where 4 other girls live. and one evening, it was 11pm the girl in the room below my room put on loud music. so after a few minutes i went to her room and asked her if she would put her music a bit less loud because i was going to sleep (had to wake up very early the next day). So, ok she said she was leaving for a party anyway so she turned the music off. Then i heard (from my room) her talking to another housemate and friends and she said something like: "that new girl just asked me if i would put the music less loud, and it was totaly not loud an it was just for 10 minutes....."
Now, how am I suposed to know that she would leave her music on for just 10 minutes ???right? what would you have done?? and would you feel offended if somebody asked you to turn the volume a bit down??

I don't think that what you did was wrong. She was being disrepectful by playing her music loudly that late at night. I would have done the same thing. However, because you just moved in there, you might want to be a little more lenient until you get to know the girls a little bit better. That way you won't make enemies faster than you can make friends...

In a situation like this, people always make people like you to be the bad one. And you are not. The next time, just call who is in charge of the building, and do not let anyone else know that you was the one who called! Concentrate on school, and do not let any thing get in your way, to get a good education!

I think you were within your rights to ask her to turn her music down. She was angry but she be yourself and don't let it bother you, and on days that you don't have to get up really early leave her alone for a bit and show her that you are fair.

tell the girl she is stupid and retarded! and tell her to turn the music off and not turn the volume down. if she doesn't report her!!!!! or hire someone to beat her up so the next time she will be afraid to listen to music!
