why isnt james brown getting as much publicity as anna nicole. his family is going through almost the same thing but NOTHING AT ALL IS BEING TALKED ABOUT IN HIS SITUATION

I know what you mean but in Anna Nicole's case I think there is a lot more controversy.
As far as i know --and of course I know FAR less about JB's case because nothing is being said about it anymore-- the battle going on with James Brown is over his estate. Also, didn't he die of natural causes? In Anna Nicole's case I don't even think cause of death of her son Daniel has been established, now we don't know about Anna's cause of death, either. PLUS all this mess with her daughter's paternity and the on-going battle over whether she was entitled to any of J. Howard Marshall's estate.
What a mess!
