i am paving an area of 60m2 and i am looking for that best substrate to use can anybody help?

crushed stone hardcore 1 tonne spreads approx 3 square metres at 150mm wack it down at 2 inch intervals, use lines to keep it level if your'e not used to spreading it.

dont know what substrate means,but i know about paving. slabs are ok but for a little more expense you can get an endless,and timeless range of paviors

look in yellow pages under aggregate supplier ..ask for MOT ..minimum depth 150mm you will need 19 tons
