A ghost story. A really creepy one. Like, a someone gets burried alive and has to find a way out or just wait for death, but she can hear voices in the graveyard or where ever she is. Dead voices. Voices of lost loved ones. Creepy?

The worst horror scenario I can imagine is...
The Liberal Party of Canada wins the next federal election and begins the National Energy Policy part two, thus causing Alberta's boom economy to turn into a bust bigger than Dolly Parton's.

Make it a ghost story..they appear to be making a comeback.
First have it be the spirit of a little girl because everyone will feel sorry for her...have her killed by accident (Car..fall..ect) and her parents are grieving for her but she hasn't really left them because she doesn't know she is dead.
Have things in her room move around when no one is there only to be discovered by her mom....have her walking around the house while they sleep and stuff like that but she is a good ghost who simply doesn't know she is dead...a little girl who is searching for her parents and wants their love but is scaring them and driving them both insane.

Use the basics most horror stories use: serial killers, vampires, mummies, zombies (lol), spiders. Just something that will scare the sh*t out you or someone you know.

just think of what scares you. I think it should be kind of surreal, like in a weird kind of fantasy world, and then scary things happen. You should probably try to make it feels kind of isolated and scary.

think about what scares you....real life scarey is more scarey than monsters and such.......the shower scene from psycho has always done it for me......really creepy.....
