I am 13 and during the mornings before school I put on some concealer for zits, bareMinerals foundation, some blush or bronzer, eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, and lipgloss. I have dark brown eyes and hair, and rather fair skin. What colors would compliment me? Clothes and eyeshadow, etc.

I studied make-up so i do know a bit on this subject. For brown eyes you should you should use a green colour shadow as this compliments the brown, though i do think that being the age you are you should keep to subtle pastel colours, start with a light pale colour all over the eye then use the green on the lid and blend just past the socket so that it blends into each other, maybe to jazz your eyes up a bit for a dance you could try adding a touch of gold into the corners of your eyes as this will open them up alot and green and gold go well together. keep your foundation light and moisturise your skin very well before applying as this will help to acheive an even smooth effect. Hope i have been helpful.

I have very fair skin and dark brown hair too and I recently found that turquiose land hot pink (kind of a dark hot pink) look pretty good. NOT FOR EYESHADOW THOUGH. For clothes. As for makeup, I would stick with neutral colors. I think those look the best. I have always thought it looks really funny when girls wear weird colored eye makeup. I use greenish-browns, in like 4 different shades, and if you do it right it looks awesome.

Also, some advice...get rid of the eyeliner. I would stick to a very little bit of foundation, blush, eyeshadow, mascara and lipgloss. Looks more natural.

Uhmm, my friend has dark brown eyes and hair aswell, and like bright blue looks good as far as clothes. Black white and other colours of blue too. Now as far as makeup, pink and purple eyeshadows will compliment dark eyes.
The 2 links are for colours.

well - looks like you have all the bases covered but a bit young to start wearing all that makeup ... you really should go au natural with your youthful skin it probably would look terrific! you can wear most any primary color with your skin/hair and some pastels would say maybe stay away from yellows/pastels. eyeshadow should compliment your eye color and not match your outfit!
