What do you think about this saying? Is it a good one and what do you think it means?

The brain, like a muscle, strengthens when used often. During a vigorous exercise workout, for example, our muscles will remind us of their presence (aches, pains, cramps).

Likewise, the brain will respond to similar challenges, but in different ways. More importantly, the results of testing either of these will lead to better health and fitness (muscular) and improved memory, problem solving, and alertness (cognitive).

It basically means that you have to stretch your mind ( exercise your mind / think out of the box ) to know that you are truly thinking. It is a good saying, you are very creative to come up with it. Maybe we'll be seeing you on PBS giving seminars.
