Girls always say this kind of thing. Until the shoes on the other foot and you start having friends that are girls.
I think both sexes can display jealousy but in all honesty from my experiences of the world women can take jealousy into a whole new category.
Basically when you love someone you need to make sacrifices for each other. If you are together you are together in my opinion you are just clinging to your single life because you are scared of commitment and getting hurt.
Sorry to be so blunt but basically you are keeping these relationships friendly or otherwise in case things don't work out between you and your partner. The irony is this will probably be the undoing of your relationship.
Go out together when you see your friends. Share your friends with each other not share your time with each other.
