You can fly there with Mike O'Farrell from Subic, he operates the only seaplane in this country, and it's a great way to go to Puerto Galera for 450 usd, he can take 3 people or 300kg, I normally land right next to the yachts in the bay, and the yacht club dinghy picks me up and drops me on the pier, where transport is available to anywhere. If it's calm enough he'll drop you right at your resort out on the beaches.
