It was a tie, both Jerry and George remained "masters of their Domain" But I think Jerry should of won since he was also being sexually repressed by the virgin, his temptation was just closer than George's.

the episode never tells who won but it is implied that george won. and it is then verified in a couple of other episodes. it is also stated in an episode that george cheated.
