I've also done all that. Someone has heard from yahoo and they say to be patient, they are working on the problem... at least we are getting somewhere...going through literati withdrawal....lol

Grace, a similar concern has occurred to me. i've got performed a similar issues you have; rebooted, cleared the cache, etc. we desire help! have you ever gotten any yet? What in the international is shopper Cache? i'm scheduled to play quickly.

what version are you using ? and what version does the game need ?
have you enabled you browser to accept the applets ?
it might be a security problem
