i doubt that in 1hr u will lose anything....
maybe 1 hr a day for a few weeks/months....

If you go hard at anything you can lose weight
might just be water weight from sweat but the cardio will do you good as well over time
need to go hard though not just an easy pick up game or shooting around

You will only lose a little water weight. You would gain it back as soon as you drank the gallon of water it takes after playing an hour of ball.

You're only supposed to lose around one pound a week. You lose weight, you eat, if it's after exercise you gain muscle.

ummmm possibly if you do a lot of the running but if you dawg it up the court most likely not. I don't know about losing weight but it will get you into shape.

some minute amount i suppose...
but an interesting tidbit... offensive lineman in the nfl regulary lose 30 pounds per game, only to eat back up to that weight during the week
