Yep, I get rebates from them all the time. It's usually through OnRebate.com, and they are sometimes a bit slow, but it will eventually get to you. If the rebate it direct from the manufacturer, you will get it faster. I have never had any problem getting a rebate from them, and I've gotten lots.

I have received several rebates from Tiger in the past, never not received one yet. I'd definitely recommend that you follow all the directions and make sure any copies of receipts, etc are clear and legible...
But short answer is yes, you should be able to trust 'em...
