Tell him you are seeking the wisdom of gazillions of others in trying to solve a problem you are having with a valuable project at work.
Then ask him why he has that stupid grin on his face, while giving him a "basic instinct" shot. Let me know if he trips over his tongue.

First of all your work ethics should have told u to stay on task and not use company time for personal things cause I would have suspended u and warned u if it happens again go find another job so be glad that I am not ur boss!!!!
