Honestly, getting a job easily has little to do with your specific degree. It's most important that you earn one in the first place! If you want an easier time getting a job, earn more than just an associate's. If your heart is really into, say, accounting, then you'll be more likely to do well in classes and progress further than if you chose web design simply because you thought it would help you land a position. Associate degrees are typically offered in majors that are career-minded; you'd be fine either way. It all depends on what you choose to do with it.

I started off as pre-med, as I had some background in it, but moved to computers because I liked them. Overall, I think I would never have done well in med, because I didn't have the discipline for it, I did, however, have a naturla interest in computers, and the switch was easy. I've never looked back, although I have integrated the two (doing medical software). If you don't like accounting, and like web design, go for the web design.
