Shouldn't it be Shotgun Cheney?

In answer to your question, no. They would have to think they have done something wrong in order for them to apologize for it. While we may disagree, they and the people who support them believe that their actions are completely morally justified.

It is difficult to take your question seriously when you start out by
using extreme, abusive language like 'Mad Dog and Machine Gun'
The short answer would be
first: apologize to whom?
The Kurds and millions of Shiite and Suuni NOT living in Bagdhad
are extremely grateful for no longer being oppressed by Sadaam.
I'm sure the Baathists and the insurgent extremists would relish an apology because 'useful idiots' like yourself continue to encourage these savages by persistently blaming the US for thwarting their mission to control that country through terror and mayhem.
Secondly: What for?
Sadaam - NOT Bush and Cheney - tipped this situation over the edge. The man violated the cease-fire over and over and refused to show where and how the weaponry that HE ONCE HAD had been disposed of...again - as part of the ceasefire agreement from the first Gulf War.
Why don't people like you ever seem to lay the blame where it really belongs instead of resorting to the intellectually fatuous position of 'Bush and Cheney suck man.'?

No-everyone else just ranted at you. I think the answer is much simpler. Whether right or wrong, President Bush and Vice President Cheney are very stubborn men. They do not believe they did anything wrong, so they will not apologize. What we think does not matter.

Right after Muslims apologies for:
9/11
USS Cole
Killing more people in year than the Spanish Inquisition.
Killing more people in a year than 50 years of the KKK
Killing more people than the Irish did Norther Ireland in 36 years
Killing more people than excuted in the United States for the last 65 years

When Muslims give up slavery, honor killings, beheading of our troops, and start abiding by the Genva convention.

or the 7551 Islamic attacks since 9/11.

Than come back to me and tell me about Bush and Cheney.

No -absolutely not.

For what? Entering an illegal war. Selling the war authorization on wrong information. No WMD! No threat to America. Responsible for the deaths of thousands and thousands of people. Unlawful wire taps to boot. Torture.

Nah - they didn't do anything wrong and they won't apologise.

No, they will never apologize. People like them never do!!! In order for them to be moved to apologize, they would first have to learn to care about people other than the Haves and Have Mores!!! And that will probably not happen until hell freezes over!!!!

Whatever. I agree with the first post!

I think Americans that are asking this kind of thing watch too much tv and want a quick fix for everything.

Really not sure what your searching for with your question.

The old political rangle says that you never apologize for anything. Which is probably why Americans seem to have more respect for those that do apologize....
