Why won't my outer eyelashes curl?

It always seems like my right eyelashes won't curl. The left eye has no problem. The right eyelashes curl in a weird way and the outer eyelases won't curl at all. Then my eye looks messed up. I use a blow dryer, but that does not help.

did you try the little gadget they have to curl eyelashes?

not sure but i know other people have the same problem---try damping them a bit and then using the eyelash curler
