In the past my thought was there's never going to be black or female president but now having Bush/Chaney ruined this country, I feel that anyone other than White middle aged egotical men would be a welcome sight! What do you think?

The country is not ruined. It's the greatest country in the history of the world.
Egotical majority white women can run for president as well as any minority. Whether they are a welcome sight is in the eyes of the beholder.

In the first place, the country is not ruined, there is no incompetence and anyone can run for anything. But since you feel this country is "Ruined" why don't you leave it?
