It depends. A resteraunt has nice food but you have to deal with service. A picnic...well..,you might get a case of the ants attacking.

depends. right now there is still snow on the ground, so I say resteraunt. During the summer time I say picnic.

Even though a picnic sounds fun, the best way to get me on one would be home made fried chicken. Other than that, restaurant is my choice.

Depends on the weather for a picnic. for a restaurant depends on if you have the money or time to wait in line.
