ok i know shakira and im most certain its not her..she sort of sounds llike belanova if you are familiar with that singer/group...i just heard the song on a latin station while driving late last night...they played mostly latin pop

Where did you hear this song, and is it fast or slow?
And those lyrics she gave definitely appeared no where in Suerte, not even a little.
Is there anyway you can upload the song to yousendit or something so that I can listen to it and look for it?

Not sure exactly, but it sounds like Shakira singing Suerte, which is the Spanish version of Whenever, Wherever.
