I'm a freshman in high school. I'm still really short and barely even a 32A. I'm half white and half taiwanese and the women on my father's side (white) all have large chests while my mother is only a 32A. Both sides are pretty short. What're the odds I'll develop more?

I was the the same way back in my teenage years. I was a 32a too. Now at 27 yrs old after 3 kids I'm a 34b. You need to give your body time to grow. Maybe after you have children things will change. Just dont consider having kids yet!!!

You didn't mention whether or not you've started your period. Once a girl gets her period, she all but stops growing in height. If you haven't gotten your period yet, you'll continue getting taller.
