So... I've known I'm attracted to girls for a couple years... my first couple crushes were girls... I've only ever had a crush on one man (and we dated for five years... I was in love)
I have kissed far more women than men, but I have only slept with one woman (and more men than I want to talk about). It was the only time I felt completely comfortable in bed.
Men are, to me, far more attractive with their clothes on. And I find far more women attractive, and the female body is absolutely beautiful.
I don't know what answer I'm looking for, just others' experiences, so I don't feel so alone.
My question is this: how many others have been really confused?? Have you decided on your sexual orientation, and how long were you confused for?

You don't need to label yourself. Be attracted to whom you are attracted to and forget about gender. That's all..Easy huh?

I was for a couple years, way back when I was 12 or 13 years old. It was more than anything a period of fun cause I use to enjoy both girls & boys. The confusion time came once I decided that I liked boys and that I wanted to be dating boys only, and it was not a matter of why I liked boys better, it was more a religious and family issue, cause in my mind I did not wanted to let down my very religious family. I have no idea how old are you, but I think that you need to come to terms with who you are and the only way you can do this is to put aside all and think on you for a while, concetnrate on you and how are you going to achieve been happy and fullfilled.

Well, I am in my 20s and only come out to myself as a lesbian in the past two weeks! >:) I was in such denial that I can honestly say I didn't realize and was shocked by the sudden 'dawning' of the truth.
I had my 1st sexual experience with another girl when I was just a teenager, but I never associated that with my sexuality until very recently. I always just thought of it as a one off experience, if a pleasant one.
Hon, you sound at least like a bi-girl who favors women, or a lesbian altogether. And that's fine. Be honest with yourself... totally honest. That's the first step--don't worry about anything else yet.

Eve, i totally am on your side with this one.
I am in the same situation that you are in but unfortunately my career wont allow me to follow what i believe in an open matter.
I can remember when i was younger that i would "experiment" with girls more than i would with boys & i would much rather have a female voice whisper things to me than a man sometimes, i can go on...
As far as im concerned, im not confused. I know what i like & dislike but its a matter of showing it that is a problem.

I know your dilemma. I've always been attracted to women although I still consider myself straight.
I've fooled around with dozens of men and a couple of women, and I can honestly say I've never been in love. I do feel a much closer bond to my women friends though.
Who knows what to call it... It just is what it is, I guess.

I think that a lot of women fill this way because sometimes guys cant give us what we need theres just something about a girl that soothes you so maybe forever but I cant say exact.
