Why was she not arrested?

She should be arrested and charged with assault and battery and also vandalism. She attacked that photographers car and she also hit him with the umbrella and he had a big bruise on his back.

because the umbrella was the only thing handy.
because it makes a great story.
because they were scared of how ugly she is now.
because the umbrella broke.
because it funny for us to watch the crazy look on her face.
because she's like a car wreck you can't avoid looking at.
who knows but the media is shoving her down our throats anyways.

why did she shave her head? Why did she marry KFed? Why did she then have so many kids with him? Because she is on drugs! That is why! And, just like Anna Nicole and many other stars, nobody is trying to help her, just cash in on her problems.

Cause she needs help thats why!! but they probbly didnt arrest her because she is at least trying to get help and going into rehab

I didn't know she did. But if I were her, I would have used something more lethal (haha!). No really, she probably would have been arrested for assault if she wasn't famous.

She just snapped she got tired of them following her around and she was confused and disorented and wanted to see her kids and they were there with their jokes and she lost it
