It's talking about wisdom, How much more precious it is than jewels or anything else you could desire. Look at this
11 For wisdom is better than precious stones,
and nothing desirable can compare with it.

Proverbs 3:15
She [wisdom] is more precious than rubies:
And none of the things thou canst desire [anything in life that you desire or want] are to be compared unto her.
It is saying that wisdom is the most valuable idea/possession that you can own.
