The grey pants are fine with the black shoes. I'd beware of too much gray with the sweater and pants though - hopefully they're different kinds of gray, or you're wearing a black tank under the sweater or something, or a black belt... try to break up the gray a bit

You can wear black shoes with anything you wish, just don't wear grey shoes with black pants that looks tacky. Try to break up the gray with a wide black belt if you are petite or some black beads if your not.

Certainly. I had a similar outfit the other day (wide leg light grey wool pants and a grey sweater) and I wore navy blue and white polka dot satin flats. It looked awesome. So, I think navy actually might look nice and it's a little bit less expected...you could also do pinks and reds.

Of course. Between black, white and gray, you can mix up any of those colors between each other and you'd still match nicely. So, yes, definately.
